{"id":256494,"date":"2025-02-06T08:43:02","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T07:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging4.team99.it\/riconoscimento-dyslexia-friendly-company-aid\/"},"modified":"2025-03-20T09:30:18","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T08:30:18","slug":"dyslexia-friendly-company-aid-movyon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.movyon.com\/en\/dyslexia-friendly-company-aid-movyon\/","title":{"rendered":"Movyon receives the Dyslexia Friendly Company certification from AID"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"\">Movyon, an Autostrade per l\u2019Italia Group company and leader in smart mobility monitoring and management solutions,&nbsp;<strong>yesterday afternoon received the Dyslexia Friendly Company certification&nbsp;<\/strong>from the Associazione Italiana Dislessia (Italian Dyslexia Association), and is consequently now on the list of companies engaged in training and awareness-raising courses on Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This milestone comes at the end of the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cSLD Progress for Work\u201d project<\/strong>, a course aimed at&nbsp;<strong>increasing awareness of SLDs<\/strong>&nbsp;and removing the obstacles that can preclude professional success for people with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia and dysorthography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In addition to taking part in training activities and defining&nbsp;<strong>good practices<\/strong>&nbsp;for the Autostrade Group, Movyon\u2019s HR team recently held&nbsp;<strong>refresher meetings<\/strong>&nbsp;with AID consultants to&nbsp;<strong>consolidate<\/strong>&nbsp;and improve implementation of&nbsp;<strong>inclusive methodologies in human resource management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs) affect almost three million people in Italy<\/strong>, about 5% of the population, 1.2 million of whom are of working age.
