{"id":256593,"date":"2022-06-28T09:18:02","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T08:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging4.team99.it\/60-giovani-manager-scienziati-e-narratori-presentano-le-loro-visioni-per-il-futuro\/"},"modified":"2025-03-20T09:30:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-20T08:30:21","slug":"60-young-managers-scientists-and-storytellers-present-their-visions-for-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.movyon.com\/en\/60-young-managers-scientists-and-storytellers-present-their-visions-for-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"60 young managers, scientists and storytellers present their visions for the future."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"\"><em>L<\/em>On Monday, June 27, the seventh edition of Innovation4Change, the Impact Innovation program organized by the&nbsp;<strong>Coll\u00e8ge des Ing\u00e9nieurs Italia<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>CERN IdeaSquare<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>Politecnico di Torino<\/strong>, came to a close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This year\u2019s winner was Team Ferrovie dello Stato Italiano, with their Greensect waste processing system. Second place went to Team UNICRI, while third place was shared by Team Movyon and Team CNH Industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">After five months of work that saw the 10 teams explore challenges brought by multinational corporations and institutions, the participants gathered at Turin\u2019s Valentino Castle to present their solutions to an audience of executives and representatives from partner companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The program is based on a multidisciplinary approach, in which MBA participants from the Coll\u00e8ge des Ing\u00e9nieurs found themselves working in teams with PhDs from top European universities, including the Polytechnic of Turin, CERN, Scuola Normale Superiore, UPC Barcelona, and EPFL Lausanne. These teams have also been joined by storytellers from Holden, the storytelling school founded by Alessandro Baricco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In addition to&nbsp;<strong>Exor<\/strong>, the program was supported by&nbsp;<strong>Scuola Holden, Fondazione Agnelli<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Arduino<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>GreenPea<\/strong>. Innovation4Change is possible thanks to the companies and institutions that decide to bring their challenges. The program aims to respond, with concrete and innovative solutions, to some of the most relevant challenges affecting our planet. Each challenge has a real problem at its core and is strongly supported by a partner institution that helps the talented participants promote its impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>What they say about I4C<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Enrico Giovannini<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Minister for Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility\u00a0\u2013 \u201cOur Ministry is committed towards using innovation as an instrument for change for the entire world, together with the young talents of I4C.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Fabiola Gianotti \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Director General of CERN\u00a0\u2013 \u201cI4C is an example of excellence for collaboration between science, industry and talent.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>John Elkann<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Board Member of CDI and President of Fondazione Agnelli and CEO of Exor \u2013\u00a0\u201cI4C combines educational objectives with an entrepreneurial approach to sustainability, to solve problems of social interest and with a view that embraces the entire world, thanks to the collaboration with CERN: we are happy to support this initiative, which is fully in line with Exor\u2019s ESG policy.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Guido Saracco<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Rector of Politecnico di Torino \u2013 \u201cI4C will be the the excellence program for the best of our PhDs to have a real experience of an European industrial challenge.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">In this year\u2019s edition we saw very interesting topics:&nbsp;<strong>Grimaldi&nbsp;<\/strong>and<strong>&nbsp;Ferrovie dello Stato<\/strong>&nbsp;brought challenges focused on reuse and waste management.&nbsp;<strong>Snam&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>TELT<\/strong>, on the other hand, focused on how to preserve the environment during the construction of infrastructure.&nbsp;<strong>Movyon \u2013 Gruppo Autostrade per l\u2019Italia&nbsp;<\/strong>and the&nbsp;<strong>Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility<\/strong>&nbsp;brought challenges related to making the way we move more sustainable.&nbsp;<strong>CNH Industrial<\/strong>&nbsp;focused on the welfare of workers in agricultural fields, while&nbsp;<strong>DSM&nbsp;<\/strong>focused on the welfare of animals on livestock farms.&nbsp;<strong>Rai Way<\/strong>&nbsp;brought a challenge on the interaction between television and the gaming world, and finally&nbsp;<strong>UNICRI&nbsp;<\/strong>proposed a challenge on combating child exploitation and abuse online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Each team developed a project to solve their challenge while having a measurable impact that married a strategy over a&nbsp;<strong>20-week<\/strong>&nbsp;development timeframe,&nbsp;<strong>20-month<\/strong>&nbsp;market entry strategy and<strong>&nbsp;20-year<\/strong>&nbsp;vision and long-term impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">A brief description of each project follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">\u00a0<strong>CNH Industrial \u2013\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnhindustrial.com\/it-it\/Pages\/homepage.aspx\">webpage<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Challenge:&nbsp;<\/strong>How could connected services create value for our farmers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Solution:&nbsp;<\/strong>FarmIn S&amp;P uses data collected through sensors installed in the tractor, it is a dashboard in which efficiency and safety are reported.
